- What is the difference between open headphones and in-ear headphones?
Open headphones because the earpiece part is open, allowing air circulation, there is no closed and in-ear headphones on the ear pressure. In-ear headphones are earbud design, to a certain extent, can isolate the external noise, the sound sounds more focused, but a long time wearing ear will have a sense of foreign body in the ear.

- Why does the earpiece sound become smaller/less clear after using the headset for a while?
1. Please check if the volume is set too low;
2. Please check whether the earpiece sound hole is clogged with dust, grease, dirt, etc., which may affect the sound output. You can use professional cleaning tools such as cleaning clay to clean (pay attention to avoid water);
3. Pay attention to maintenance and care can extend its service life and maintain good performance. When not in daily use, store the headset in a dry, cool place or store it in an organizer box to prevent moisture and corrosion, charge the battery correctly, etc.
- How to deal with the clogging of the earpiece caused by man-made reasons (water or oil), resulting in low sound?
This situation belongs to the human cause of the clogging of the earpiece (into the water or oil, etc., so that the sound of the headset is small), does not belong to the warranty. It is not covered by the warranty. Users are advised to clean the earpiece carefully with cleaning tools such as blue pudding glue.
- Can the headset be keyed to answer voice calls from third-party software such as WhatsApp?
No, it does not. Currently our headset can answer operator calls (you can answer or hang up by short press on the multifunctional button on the headset), third-party software such as WhatsApp can not answer or hang up by the button on the headset, you need to manually click on WhatsApp and so on to operate.
- Are the headphones waterproof?
The Pilot Series headphones and Archer are waterproof to IPX5, which is waterproof enough to protect against daily sweat and light rain, but it is not recommended to use them when it is raining or swimming in order to avoid water damage to the charging port and other exposed parts of the headphones.
- What should I do if my ears hurt after wearing them for a long time?
On-ear headphones will have such a problem, we recommend that you try not to wear them for too long on a single occasion, and also let your ears rest. When you first get it, you can adjust the tightness of the back hangers (the internal material of the back hangers is memory steel wire, which can be adjusted slightly), so that the headset fits your ears comfortably.
- How do I reset my headset? It prompts for two devices to be connected, but the second device can't find which one it is.
If it is out of range it won't connect, please check the surrounding devices, cell phone, computer and so on. If you really can't find it, you can turn the headset off and then long press for 5 seconds to pairing mode to reconnect the device.
- Can the headphone batteries be (paid) replaced?
Due to the all-in-one design of our headphones, the battery is tightly integrated with the body of the headphones, so we are unable to provide a separate battery replacement service, thank you for your understanding and support.
- What is the reason that headphones lose power fast and have a shorter range after a long time of use?
With the increase of the use of time, the lithium battery in the headset will gradually aging, the effective capacity is reduced, even if fully charged, the range time will be shortened. In addition, excessive volume, the use of the environment, improper maintenance of the battery (water, etc.) and other factors can also cause abnormal battery life.
- What is the function of Bluetooth receiver (Bluetooth receiver)?
1. Easy to quickly connect the device and headset, setup-free: Bluetooth receiver can be directly plugged into your computer USB port, the headset can be used normally with the headset on (no need to do other settings).
2. More stable: it is recommended to connect the computer directly to the receiver usually, the effect is better than the Bluetooth direct connection, it will be more stable.
